Are you interested in changing the world, networking with community leaders and having fun? The Rotary Club of Kenton, Ohio was established April 18, 1938 and reflects the diversity of the Kenton community. With representation from a wide variety of vocations, our members include men and women who volunteer to improve the quality of life for those in need in the local and world communities.

Rotary is a volunteer organization with more than 46,000 clubs in over 200 countries and geographical areas. It initiates humanitarian projects that address today's challenges affecting the world today, such as clean water, hunger, poverty, and illiteracy. 

Most of you will recognize our ice cream booth at the Hardin County Fair.  With the devastation from the tornado a few months ago, we are currently in the process of deciding to remain in the new building the fair will construct next year or build our own little “ice cream shop” next to the pork producers.  Either way, stop by every day for a different ice cream flavor! You’ll be glad you did.

What you may not know is all of the great things we have done in our local community such as: Sponsoring an Interact Club at Kenton High School, giving Academic Scholarships to local students, supporting local organizations as well as hands on work at SOUP Kitchen to feed the hungry and partnering with Hardin Memorial Hospital to distribute food each month.

We also do great things around the world such as provide clean water, literacy programs, sanitation, and school supplies to severely impoverished communities in the Dominican Republic and beyond. We sponsor local students to study abroad, host Youth Exchange students from other countries to attend a local school, donate books to libraries in disaster areas and participate in Rotary International’s worldwide quest to eradicate polio!
