The Hardin County Superintendents are in the early planning stages of a countywide Professional Development Day for all teachers and administrators.

If you are interested in presenting a breakout session and have a topic you would like to share, please let one of the superintendents know. We are seeking a variety of relevant, practical topics that would be beneficial to educators across the county.

Additional details will be shared as planning continues. Thank you for your willingness to support professional learning in Hardin County.

Kenton City SchoolsChad Thrushwww.kentoncityschools.orgOur new Middle/High School opened with a great turnout from our community.  The first few weeks in the new building has gone very smoothly with both students and staff enjoying the new facility.  A concrete parking lot is starting to be poured around the new stadium locker room while concrete forms are being set for the new locker room/public restroom behind the old high school.  Both of those projects are mainly being funded through private donations.  Excavation and concrete base for new tennis courts at KMHS will be taking place over winter as the weather permits.  We have a full winter schedule of basketball and wrestling to come check out our new school.  Go Wildcats!
