Description

'Enterprise Elite' membership in the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance includes those that make the largest dues investment in the Alliance each year. Generally, Enterprise Elite member organizations are entities with 100+ employees; financial institutions; institutions of higher education; and corporations.

The Enterprise Elite Roundtable Luncheon offers an opportunity each month for one or two members of your organization to lunch with the Alliance Staff and other Enterprise Elite members. We've created monthly topics to provide a general focus for each month's casual networking and discussion.

Complimentary lunch will be provided (registration required). Please plan an hour for this event. (Limit 2 per membership per month).

Monthly focus topics include:

JANUARY	"C-Suite Networking" We invite C-Suite officers or other members of your organization's management team to join us for our first Enterprise Elite Roundtable Luncheon!
FEBRUARY	"Human Resources Management" The Enterprise Elite Roundtable Luncheon for February will focus on Human Resource Management. HR Managers or other members of your management team are invited to join us to network and discuss HR issues.
MARCH	"Marketing" The Enterprise Elite Roundtable Luncheon for March will focus on Marketing. Marketing Managers or other members of your management team are invited to join us to network and discuss Marketing topics.
APRIL	"Workforce" The Enterprise Elite Roundtable Luncheon for April will focus on Workforce and Workforce Development. Members of your management team are invited to join us to network and discuss Workforce topics.
MAY	"Community Relations" The Enterprise Elite Roundtable Luncheon for May will focus on Community Relations. Members of your management team are invited to join us to network and discuss Community Relations topics.
JUNE	"Environmental Health & Safety" The Enterprise Elite Roundtable Luncheon for June will focus on Environmental Health & Safety. EHS Managers or members of your management team are invited to join us to network and discuss EHS topics.
JULY	"Leadership" The Enterprise Elite Roundtable Luncheon for July will focus on Leadership. Members of your management team are invited to join us to network and discuss Leadership topics.
AUGUST	"Developing Young Professionals" The Enterprise Elite Roundtable Luncheon for August will focus on Developing Young Professionals. Members of your management team are invited to join us to network and discuss Professional Development topics.
SEPTEMBER	"Rural Opportunities" The Enterprise Elite Roundtable Luncheon for September will focus on Rural Opportunities. Members of your management team are invited to join us to network and discuss opportunities related to rural development in our community.
OCTOBER	"Economy, Policy & Current Events" The Enterprise Elite Roundtable Luncheon for October will focus on the Economy, Policy and Current Events. Members of your management team are invited to join us to network and discuss these topics.
NOVEMBER & DECEMBER	No luncheon due to holidays
