How we communicate with each other is a critical success factor for individuals, teams, and organizations. We will examine the dynamics of speaking and listening in the workplace, including the basics of verbal and non-verbal communication. We will explore how these affect a variety of critical leadership practices such as trust, motivation, commitment, and the delivery of meaningful performance feedback.
