Description

The foundation for managing performance is how effectively the company can identify, recruit, and hire employees who have (or can develop) critical job skills.  Once hired, there must be a systematic effort to quickly get those employees up to speed in their responsibilities.  Finally, when performingtheir job, employees have the necessary performance reinforcement that aligns and supports their efforts.
