Rise FM is now The River! We believe music can bring people hope. Some days, you might play The River for some nice background music. Some days, you'll play it so your kids don't hear anything inappropriate. But some days, you listen because life has knocked you down, and you need help getting back up. We're here for all of them. Our mission is to show people who Jesus really is, so they will grow closer to Him. The River is a Contemporary Christian radio station with a statewide reach and local commitment. We are a community-supported station, which means we are sustained by the generous financial support of families, businesses, and churches. As a non-profit, non-commercial, local signal (88.5), we do not sell traditional advertising like commercial stations. However, we do offer underwriting announcements as a way for businesses to successfully promote their name, products and services to our listeners. Our loyal listeners love supporting businesses who support us!
