GPI Kenton is the largest employer in Hardin County employing approximately 750 people on a full-time basis, and another hundred or so through our flexible staffing partner, MyWorkChoice.  The Kenton location has been in business since 1968, starting out as a small company under the name Imperial Cup, and have continued to grow since then. We produce paper cups, paper bowls, folding cartons, and plastic lids for 400+ different customers, including popular name brand names like Chick-Fil-A, Dunkin’, and Hilton to name a few.  Many are amazed to learn that we produce 10-11 million cups per day, and our cups are shipped to several different countries! 
We are proud of many of our accomplishments, but we are most proud of our team members who work hard every day to ensure our work is done in a safe manner with quality focus in mind.  We also pride ourselves on our culture and sense of community.  Engagement offerings such as celebrations, cookouts, perfect attendance incentives and not mandating over 48 hours a week are a few perks that our employees enjoy.  On the community side, we support the Chamber, United Way, all Hardin County schools, the Hardin County fair and more!  We are proud to call Kenton home, and look forward to continuing to grow and support the community in which we operate.
