When it comes to folded fins, the possibilities are inFINite. From prototypes to production, we have proven our unique ability to balance a range of customer demands from short turn-arounds for research and development to competitive production runs. Customers value our one-stop shop for all of their folded fin needs.

Our Broad Application Experience Includes the following Industries:
AEROSPACE — Our original marketplace. We have fin in every system requiring heat transfer. These include oil coolers, fuel heaters, electronics cooling and environmental control systems for aircraft pressurization that include cabin heating and cooling.
OUTER SPACE — With the unique challenges that space delivery systems present and operating in a vacuum environment, we have excelled in providing the ideal folded fins for these challenging applications.
UTILITY— We produce fins for large recuperators in existing power plants that have improved efficiency of electrical generation by 30%. Our folded fins are vital in HVAC for transferring the heat that helps to make these systems possible.
DEFENSE — We have provided heat transfer solutions for critical defense applications in land, air and sea systems. We are proud to say that our fins are currently utilized in multiple defense systems, including offensive weapons, intelligence and communications.
RENEWABLE ENERGY— As solar, wind and micro turbine generators and other alternative energy production systems have become more available for consumers, heat transfer essentials have become more specific and require custom folded fin solutions.
TRANSPORTATION — We are able to empower transportation manufacturers by offering very low-cost prototyping services, as compared to tooling required for large volume fin production. This allows customers in competitive industries to maximize fin efficiency of heat exchangers in the most cost-effective way.
OIL & GAS — Flare gas is a byproduct of this industry. Working with innovative minds, our products have been combined into systems that capture this wasted resource, turning it into electricity for oil rig platforms and for producing synthetic oil and fuels.

We are pleased to announce that our recent expansion is now complete and our building is now an impressive 59,000 square feet.
