Currently the spa offers touchless non-invasive, natural therapies including dry salt therapy also known as halotherapy, light therapy (also known as red light therapy), infrared sauna with chromotherapy, energy healing (Reiki), sound therapy, ionic foot bath detox and mini BioMat (a crystal mat with infrared rays, amethyst and tourmaline crystals). Dry salt therapy is a holistic, drug-free, natural therapy using micro particles of salt to promote better breathing, sounder sleep, improved physical fitness, endurance and overall wellness. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction and anxiety. Solstice Salt Spa is more than just a wellness retreat—it's a place to unwind, recharge, and embrace wellness in a peaceful setting.
