You Care Habilitation Services
ππππππ πππππππππ: You Care Habilitation Services is a program certified through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. We offer services to individuals who are enrolled in waivers through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. We offer an array of programs including Adult Day Habilitation, Home Modifications, and Shared Living (adult foster care). Our Adult Day Habilitation program boost 10,000 square feet of space that is conveniently located in Forest, Oh. Our facility is designated to help with training in daily living skills, communication skills, social skills, and pre-vocational skills. Our day habilitation solicits and accepts a variety of community volunteer projects which provide training opportunities for participants in the program. Our shared living program is a great program that helps focus on the personal care and support necessary to meet the day-to-day needs of an adult enrolled in the individual options waiver. The program is centered around the individual who resides in a home of the paid care provider.
