Eats on the Street Food Truck Fest
Hardin County's standout summer festival, transforming downtown into a lively street fair with a diverse lineup of Ohio's best food trucks, live performances on the Main Street Stage, a classic car and bike show, a dedicated KidsZone, and a refreshing beer garden.
Economic Development Breakfast Meetings
Stay informed and connected through our bi-monthly deep-dives into county progress. Each session features expert insights from a main keynote and a specialized Workforce Development speaker, alongside critical updates from the Hardin Career Task Force. These meetings also provide a valuable platform for "around-the-room" member news sharing, allowing you to connect with peers and share your organization's latest developments over breakfast.
Market on Main
The Kenton Historic Courthouse District, in partnership with the City of Kenton, hosts this seasonal series to bring fresh flavor and foot traffic to our downtown core. In addition to the regular markets held on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays from May through September, the series features the Spring Fest and Fall Fest. These expanded mini-festivals enhance the market experience with local food and beverages, live entertainment, and engaging activities for children, creating a vibrant destination for the whole family.
Alliance Annual Golf Outing
The Alliance Annual Golf Outing is a top-tier opportunity to hit the links for a day of recreation and high-level relationship building. Bringing together business leaders and community partners, this event combines a scramble-style tournament with valuable networking, providing a relaxed yet professional environment to strengthen connections and showcase your brand on the course.
Holiday Luncheon
Our cornerstone member appreciation event, hosted by the Alliance to celebrate our partners and the success of the past year. Members are invited to enjoy a festive, holiday-themed lunch on us, featuring seasonal networking and the opportunity to win prizes through our popular raffles and drawings.
Legislative Breakfast
This event provides a direct line of communication between our members and those shaping policy at the local, regional, and state levels. Attendees have the opportunity to engage with elected officials and government representatives over a breakfast hosted by our President’s Club members. These sessions offer critical updates on legislative changes and public initiatives that directly impact the Hardin County business community.

New Member Orientation Luncheon
Designed to ensure a high return on investment from day one, this gathering welcomes our newest partners into the Alliance community. Attendees connect with fellow new members and receive an in-depth walkthrough of their membership benefits to ensure they are fully utilizing available resources. This introductory session is hosted at no cost to the attendee, with the meal provided compliments of our President’s Club members.
Window Wonderland & Kenton Lions Club Christmas Parade
This festive collaboration between the Kenton Historic Courthouse District, the City of Kenton, and the Kenton Lions Club transforms our downtown into a holiday destination. The event features the traditional evening parade and the unveiling of the Window Wonderland displays, drawing thousands of residents and visitors to the heart of the county. Sponsors play a vital role in bringing this holiday tradition to life and receive prominent recognition throughout the festivities.
Hardin County Safety Council
In partnership with the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC), this program provides a specialized forum for employers to prioritize workplace health and safety. Participants gain access to expert education, essential resources, and a network of safety-conscious organizations dedicated to reducing workplace injuries. Active participation offers a collaborative environment to share best practices while helping businesses stay informed on the latest safety regulations and compliance standards.
Young Professionals Alliance
The Young Professionals Alliance is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of Hardin County leaders. Through monthly luncheons, participants engage in targeted professional development and peer-to-peer networking designed to build lasting career relationships. These sessions provide a space for emerging talent to connect and grow, with each meal provided compliments of our President’s Club members.
